The Irish National Fundraising Awards, established to celebrate innovation and success within the Irish fundraising sector, has announced that popular radio host Aidan Power will serve as Master of Ceremonies.
Aidan’s background includes more than 20 years of experience in programming, ranging from “The Café,” to BBC Sports, to youth television. He currently hosts iRadio’s breakfast show “Aidan and Oonagh in the Morning.”
The Irish National Fundraising Awards, which recognises fundraising excellence, showcases innovation and best practices, and further accelerates the growth of the voluntary sector in Ireland, will be held on 22 March 2018, at the Radisson Blu Royal, Golden Lane, Dublin.
First winners will be announced in nine categories, including Fundraiser of the Year. Winners will be selected by a distinguished panel of judges led by Alex Pigot, a direct marketing industry leader.
The awards will follow a presentation of groundbreaking, independent research on the state of fundraising in the Irish voluntary sector.
